• NFTs that incorporate rendered images only (not the original source files);
• physical products created from rendered images;
• presentations;
• commercial visualization.

Customers may modify, edit, optimize, re-texture, rig, animate, combine, or otherwise adapt purchased Products as necessary for their own projects.

28. Client Work

Customers may use purchased Products when performing work for clients.

The final rendered work, animation, game, application, visualization, advertisement, or other completed project may be delivered to the client.

However, the original Product files themselves may not be transferred to the client unless the client separately purchases the appropriate license from All3DModels.com.

If a client requires direct ownership or continued access to the original source files, a separate license must be obtained.

29. Incorporation into Larger Works

Purchased Products may be incorporated into larger creative works provided that the original Product cannot reasonably be extracted and reused as a standalone digital asset.

Examples include:

• films;

• software applications;

• interactive experiences.

The resulting work may be commercially distributed.

30. Prohibited Uses

• create competing marketplaces using our Products;
• claim ownership of any Product;
• remove copyright notices;
• remove embedded licensing information;
• attempt to sell modified versions of our Products as original works.

These restrictions apply whether the Product has been modified or remains unchanged.

31. Marketplace Redistribution

Customers are expressly prohibited from uploading purchased Products, whether modified or unmodified, to any online marketplace or distribution platform, including but not limited to:

• Blender Market;

• any torrent website;
• any file-sharing service;
• any free download website;
• any subscription asset library;
• any commercial or non-commercial distribution platform.

This prohibition applies even if the Product has been modified.

32. No Standalone Distribution

Purchased Products may never be distributed in a manner that allows another person to obtain or extract the original files.

Examples of prohibited distribution include:

• ZIP archives;
• downloadable asset packs;
• model collections;
• source repositories;
• cloud storage sharing;
• Git repositories;
• downloadable project files containing the original assets;
• educational asset libraries;
• template packages;
• plugin resource folders intended for redistribution.

33. Reverse Engineering and Extraction

Customers shall not intentionally facilitate extraction of purchased Products from applications or software where reasonable protective measures can be implemented.

When Products are incorporated into software or games, Customers should use commercially reasonable methods to prevent unauthorized extraction where technically feasible.

Examples include:

• proprietary formats;
• encrypted archives;
• compiled asset packages;
• obfuscation;
• compression;
• encrypted resource databases.

Absolute protection is not required where technically impossible.

34. Copyright Notices

Customers shall not remove or alter:

Where such information exists, it must remain intact.

35. Product Modifications

Customers may modify Products for their own licensed projects.

However:

modification does not create ownership.

The modified Product remains subject to these Terms.

Customers may not claim copyright ownership over the original Product simply because modifications have been made.

36. Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice containing:

Upon termination, the Customer must immediately:

• cease using all affected Products;
• delete all copies;
• destroy backup copies;
• discontinue distribution of projects that unlawfully include the Products where legally required.

Termination of the license does not limit any other legal remedies available to All3DModels.com.
